So basically within the first 2 weeks of school, I would schedule a meeting with them just to introduce yourself and establish a relationship with them and let them know your interest and go at least once a month from there!
also are there any unique ways to receive scholarships as an incoming freshman aside from gpa and test scores? like is there anything in addition you should do?

hey!! how would you say your premed experience at howard has been? do the professors teach well? do you feel prepared for the MCAT? what’s the classroom environment like(collaborative or cutthroat)?
My pre-med experience thus far has been a little shaky only because I did not know how to study at first but once I got the hang of it! It became a little easier (just have to work on time management) Howard's Science department is not the best, especially chemistry. Often you will have to resort to teaching yourself or using supplemental resources on RU-vid. You must make friends in lectures so you all can study together and help each other when you do not understand!
