He doesn't know the law as demonstrated when the judge corrected him repeatedly. He is just another criminal who thinks he's too slick to be caught. He's a dummy!!!!!!!

It sounds like he does to people who have never been to jail, but you hear these dummies in there, who go to the law library and read some stuff and then quote it with with little to no understanding. You ever watched "In Living Color", where this prisoner is using all kinds of big nonsensical words? That's who hw sounds like, and the judge told him so. He actually thinks that he's the smartest lawyer in the court! He's a 🤡
What always amazes me is the level of intellect these suspects will sometimes have and yet never consider that they could have chosen another line of work and lifestyle. This guy could have easily had productive employment or business pursuit

Well when the prosecutor won’t charge the case the Judges can’t do a thing about it. Its soley up to the prosecutors office to follow through with charges and proceed with a trial.
@dudemorris7769 The prosecutors did try previous cases, and he was found guilty, only to be given a slap on the wrist by the judges. As a result, he was back on the streets shortly afterward. This scenario plays out all the time throughout the country.
@@WarrenScandrick-qh2ryyes, I took some time after watching this twice & seen a judge had given him bail and then continued allowing him out on that bond with 3 additional armed robberies or armed burglaries, with a weapon. The judge needs to be disbarred and also charged for the 4 separate arraignments.
WHY is this judge allowing this clown to try to bring up evidence AFTER he was found guilty????? He should be told to shut up as this has already been decided upon by a JURY and it's done. He can bring it up if and when he gets an appeal. This guy being able to babble on and on in a sentencing hearing is shameful and an indictment on this judge. She told him NOT to bring up that type of thing in his "address" to the court, then she sits and lets him do it anyhow. Pathetic. Disrespectful to the family members who are there just for the sentencing.
Unfortunately all defendants, convicted or not, have the right to speak to the judge. She shut him down and told him she would explain the appeals process to him but that he was found guilty, he doesn’t know what the jury would or wouldn’t use, did or didn’t use, and she wasn’t going to allow him to misrepresent the evidence offered.
For the same reason the judge allowed Darrell Brooks to spew his nonsense - so there would be no chance of any argument for mistrial due to any form of unfairness. The judge was thinking ... "Sticks and stones can break my bones, but YOU, my dear, are going to rot your ass off in jail for the rest of your life. Case closed."

Why was he out of prison? He had 4 other cases and this bandit was on bond. People say that they are bias to blk males not at all. This male should've been under the bus for the 4 charges but he wasn't. Which the judge and the prosecutor should be accountable for the victims murder aswell
