He first said he never instructed Mjiyako then switched to saying he later terminated his services. When it was put to him what Mngomezulu and Ramosepele said in court on his behalf, he always distanced himself from those instructions. His evidence was basically that police, lawyers and magistrates formed a conspiracy against him. How probable is that?

There is a catch 22 situation here. 1. If Mijayako was indeed hired by Ntanzi he cannot legally testify against his client. 2. If he was not hired by Ntanzi and has no proof of that, he will be incriminating himself

where is Ntanzi's t-shirt we can still use it as evidence....Ntanzi should ask for his shirt and the vest too maybe we can still see some blood stains if we use blue light or UV light. because some people are saying Ntanzi is not proving he was beaten, but the state is also not proving he was not in fact the AVL showed that the car stopped by Engine garage for a long time meanwhile the police said the car had an issue but no one had said that until AVL revealed that. Yes they picked him up at bara. They only went to his office to finish the signing. The avl does confirm the trip back to moroka police station but mogane said they went to collect a memory stick. 2hrs collecting memory stick, then he said the office was locked and that time they were waiting for the person to come back to open the office 🙄
Ntanzi was asked leading questions by his lawyer and hence the state has to adopt this kind of strategy to knock him off his script and the defence know this and they are not going to object. It is allowed. You don't go linearly but rather create loops.

I think Audio evidence would have to be tested to determine the originality and authenticity. You can easily just say it wasn't you talking if you were not even aware you were being recorded. If it's not in the recording that you're aware and don't object to the record, it doesn't hold much. Anyone can impersonate another person. She is a magistrate and she can record so why do it secretly. Why not make a video to have proof of who was there if she was indeed scared for her safety like she said. She recorded it for personal use but handed it as evidence
