I'm not sure on the Rane 4 But it's def a massive upgrade for anyone using serato fx

You can't on PC You can on Mac But my Mac is a working laptop That's just absolutely foolish

@@machiventa858 anyone who is capable of knowing that, will know that Anyone else who is new barely knows how to put music in their serato It's caused a lot of issues for people

I'm gonna have to look into this ! I don't produce at all, But I for sure can see the use for this Creating your own signature sound. I'm a pretty set it and forget it default kind of guy, My sound comes from my cuts and my crates, But anyone who does production on the side can really take this to another level for sure !!!!

They will add it to Serato Sample and Studio in the future I'm sure. Would be great to access these in a DAW.

@@TheDJConnect read the agreement when you downloaded the beta. This is why I haven't done a video yet. Maybe they don't really care, but maybe they do.

@TheDJConnect It's kind of confusing because they make it sound like you can't release confidential stuff, but yet it's a probably beta. I tried contacting them to see and nobody ever got back to me. So I never bothered making the video. Who cares about extra fx. We need AI flexible beatgids like Djay Pro. Djay Pro.fx smoke serato any day.

Ya man ! I literally just use echo All day everyday hahahaha It is what it is My boy been waiting on this I don't really use effects at all either, But a big update nonetheless

@@TheDJConnect to be honest I use echo a lot when I’m switching to a new bpm song lol but yeah it’s definitely good to have. Btw I’m spinning here at home and just used the echo effect hahahaha so I might dive into other things to keep it interesting! Love the content and thank you!

@@TheDJConnect yeah totally ruined the fx for me I’m probably never going to update it ever again unless they add the looper and single use fx back into it as a turntablist I’m doing insane routines use the looper fx and the single fx option with more fx control I do some interesting stuff with too - if you get Algoriddim dj you will see Serato has just taken their fx bank and removed 30% of the fx and a few fx features that software has with regards to fader fx on the crossfader … if update to the new fx and still want to do looper routines my option is getting a boss 202 for £300 What I do is say take a DnB track and use the slicer on the pads like an mpc and on red mode it plays through track on blue it loops a bar and you can just play it like an your have sliced a track up on an mpc then the looper in the fx allowed me to loop this which then I then do a scratch routine off and I have some routines where I will loop the scratch sample then using a recording of what I have made with loopers I prepared earlier I do a beat juggle routine - with the single fx option I can manipulate the pitch or speed of loop if want too but with 3 fx them options are different fx so I’m basically stuck at the current version if they implement the new fx - now what I would l love to see is an 8 bank loop recorder put on the the pads I can make whole tunes live with scratching then and even for mixing you could do full live remixes on the fly especially with stems being used too

As a serato user I can admit that virtual dj and djay Pro have the features that serato users want.

Also as a Serato user, I can admit that VDJ has been ahead of the curve with these features. I made the switch to Serato about 2 years ago and it did initially feel like a downgrade in terms of the quality of effects and stems, but Serato was necessary in the name of being ‘professional’. It does now feel like Serato is catching up which is great!
