I don't care what year it is. I'll always come back to these videos of Serena and Venus at this tournament. What a moment for them both, and for the tennis world. To be 36 and 35 and still play for the sports biggest titles is nothing short of remarkable.
Me too!! I had to go back and rewatch again especially after finding out she was actually two month’s pregnant not just 6 weeks. It has put a whole level of renewed appreciation for her talent and determination!!
Haters are going to fucking hate. Talk shit about her, call her a man or whatever you like. NOTHING you can do or say will take away from the fact that she is very likely the greatest female tennis player that ever lived and one of the most dominant American athletes in the last 50 years. Congrats, Serena
They're a lot like Federer. If they love the sport and want to continue playing it, they will keep doing it no matter what anyone says. They march to the beat of their own drums.
vegemantable vege Lol if anything, the talent pool in men's tennis is a joke considering tennis is looked at as a feminine sport in many countries like the US. Even globally speaking, tennis is the number 1 women's sport in popularity whereas tennis isn't even top 3 for men.
I'm crying now because two of the most incredible athletes of our time - yes, female - have fought the fight against "all" odds. What an inspiration for us all. You can do anything if you put your mind to it!! Two great examples. Thank you Williams' sisters for this long journey of joy!!! Bless you.
Serena is not, and she will never be the greatest of all time. She is just the best of this era without any great competition. Who else is great player to compete? Halep? Radwanska? Kerber? Bartoli? Nooo, seems like she is playing against the school children.
I have never been happier for both sisters they showed the world what true champions are made of...GRIT. I will always be cheering them on. I know they both won in a sense of speaking but I still hope Venus gets at least two more under her belt, she works so hard it is about time. One love always.
Serena is above 22!!! She is back to number one!!! Let that sink into your heads. She is going after Margareth Court now and not Steffi hahaha. now who is laughing?
Extremly ugly tennis! She can win 38 GS but she still will be player with ugly game! And without competition - last 7 years not a great player exept of her. She wasnt so dominant during Belgians, Davenport, Hingis, Capriati, Mauresmo, Venus of old. Last 7 years looks like she is playing against school children.
Ceca Mirkovic +Well sir you are right she did not dominate those players in the 90's or the early minillium However maybe you have forgotten. She didn't have her two handed back improved forehead, and what Chris Evert has said the best serve ever in the women's game.her game has improved since then . It's a silly waste of the time sir to be angry and slander anyone. She SW has done nothing to you personally
It's crazy how these 2 sisters are both so incredible at what they do. It's like the Manning brothers but on a global scale. These girls have sure made history no doubt. Great job to both of them! Go USA!!!
this win is particularly emotional. you can tell her heart's really heavy. I love both ladies. I as team Venus today but I am not bitter because she gave Serena a hard time . i was on the edge all this time. xoxo
I came here after watching the movie King Richard. King Richard was a phenomenally, inspiring, heart-warming, emotionally charged movie about Richard Williams and phenom daughters. This movie captured their incredible rise to prominence while having to navigate the obstacles of living in the ghetto. A must watch, especially if you’re looking to inspire young people to achieve greater in life. Kudos to Will Smith and the entire cast. Richard Williams was spot on about his daughter's greatness. Venus was great but Serena is the greatest.
It is such a great honor to be able to witness the greatest not only in tennis but in sports for general, they are the true definition of dedications, greatnesses, loves, respects and what true sports are.I'm so proud of you Serena for having your 23rd grandslam single titles, and also for Venus, you are both so great,no matter what...
she's, THEYRE amazing!! I've been watching them for 15 years!! and they've raised the bar so high. cheesy but we are lucky to witness this kind of dedication and power in sports. I don't think we'll witness sisters like them ever again, almost 20 years!!! I love them.
Well done to both these amazonian sisters. Reading about them when growing up in a tough neighbourhood, and how their dad had a plan for them all the way back to get them out of the 'ghetto', brings hope about that one can achieve despite all hardships, especially the haters and the obstructors. Both Venus and Serena inspire millions of gals around the globe to pick up a tennis racquet. You go girl, and good luck to Venus for the rest of the year!
thanks a lot and a lot to both of you for giving us a chance to witness the best of tennis ever ♥ much love to both of you, Queen Venus and Wonder Serena
I'm happy for Serena and Venus! Venus has shown that she is still a great player at her age, she still works hard, she deserves the best in this season
To ANYONE who's coming here to spew their hatred, I have one thing to say: I hope that, one day in life, you find something to be passionate and positive about. I have felt so many positive emotions in this tournament, sometimes even crying of joy, I love this sport for making me feel so good inside and happy on the outside. Serena and a lot of other tennis players inspire me and have had a big impact on my life. So I feel really sad for all of you who have nothing else to do but react negatively to a video of someone who's living her dream, breaking records and breaking barriers. Please, haters, find something/someone you enjoy and celebrate it/them! Stop being pathetic and stop projecting your insecurities! #23
congratulations for both legendary sisters what a wonderful worm final to see and to serena yet again a major grand slam to be added to that extraordinary trophy wall hope you will win many many more and who knows the calendar year slam you are without a doubt the greatest ever to seen in tennis for years to come regards,

salute to Patrick that he coaches to Serena. the thing is that Serena won 10 slams in just almost 5 years within his coaching so cheers to both hip hip hurry..........
she is the greatest tennis player of all time . get it through your heads haters....she has outclassed every female tennis player. there is no competition.
Wow - Serena! - I thought you may not be able to make no. 23! but you continue to prove, nothing is impossible. Get no. 24 now Im sensing another Slam coming this year - keep knocking those historical record off Ms Williams - indeed a Superstar legend!
Let's get it right.. In Margaret Court days, they didn't play that many match to get to the final. Steffi Graf who i do like, if her fan wouldn't stab Monica Seles . Steffi would NOT have 22 GS. Monica was on fire and everyone knew it>>>>
Serena and Venus I am not even your parents and I have sooooo MUCH LOVE AND ADMIRATION for you! You GO GIRLS May GOD IN HEAVEN Continue to Bless You!!!💙💙💜💙💜😀😀🖐️🖐️
Congrats to Serena Williams who played flawlessly against Venus today. I was rooting for Venus to get her first Australian title, however, it wasn't meant to be. I think Serena can get to 25 by the end of this year. Wouldn't that be awesome?!*
to come from nothing - and to be no1 in the world - setting the benchmark - she is proof that hard work - self belief - and sacrifice can make dreams come true . G.O.A.T.
Commenting now after Serena’s final match at the US Open 2022, defeated by Ajla last night. I am fairly new tennis fan via marriage lol. Sadly I missed following her dominance. I fortunately saw the sisters live this year at Cincinnati Masters 2022. I guess I will have to watch videos of their old matches
Super congrats to the Williams sisters... Yey sweet #23 for Serena... hoping to see you both in French Open Final 2017 and yet again, Serena for #24 to tie the great Margaret Court and will hope to see you again in Wimbledon and Serena for #25 and you will be the GREATEST ever - of all time - period....!!!!! End of Tennis history book... oh for those claiming Serena never accomplished the calendar/golden slam, you wait for the US open for #26 and Golden Slam... end of my story...!!!! hehe
hell yeah Serena go for all 4 slams this year. IF Anyone can do it it would be her. But don't forget that some good players missed the Australian open (Madison Keys who is a future champion) congrats to Serena! Now is everyone ready for Federer Vs Nadal!?
Haters will always be haters this girls is great ppl need to give credit where is it due but is the hate Jesus well who is Serena .you go girl 10 more grand slam to go
The WTA and News Commentators tried their best to make Konta, CoCo, and Lucic-Baroni's story more important than Serena's. As usual, they even tried to make the story of Venus more important than Serena's even after serena won, but serena williams would have the last words over all the ladies who played their heart out. *Last Words* Serena Williams beat the wet cat shit out of everyone in her draw without losing a damn set, and ....Pregnant! #23 is where LEGENDS live! #BabyGOAT #MissGOAT Hurry back MissGOAT, tennis needs you already!
