Another British Doctor was John Bodkin Adams. He also had a suspicious number of elderly patients die, and was a beneficiary in 130 wills. Having the most on this list doesn't mean they have the most killers. People are the same everywhere, therefore the number of killers is proportional to the total population. America might CATCH the most, or it might talk about them the most, but that doesn't mean they have the most.

Its actually a good thing believe it or not. The USA was one of or the first to come up with the term of serial killers and knew they were out there. The USSR at the time refused to believe in such a thing as well as its satellite countries claiming that Serial Killers was an American phenomenon only and that doesnt happen anywhere else, thus leaving to many killers being free to kill. Notice how the numbers that are really high are outside of the USA. However thanks to the idea of profiling that was created still recently, by relative time, many in the USA have been caught.
