Fifth level here, it takes the name from the old SE level, even if it doesn't share any similarities with it. The general ambience seems more taken from Medievil or Painkiller, and reminded me of the first level from another custom SS campaign, Curse of the Dark Citadel (you can find it among my videos), even the music seems to be the same. There are still some bullshit parts like the spider room, where you get there with almost no ammo or health, but the rest of the level is cool, especially the first half
Reborn is a custom campaign created by Nonamewtff with the support of Croteam, so it's kinda official (similar to what happened with SS Revolution's Bright Island, I suppose). It takes place in some new environments and brings back old enemies and mechanics, like the powerups, but doesn't feature the skill tree.
The HUD and the tone of the game in general resemble Serious Sam 2, which I didn't like at all for the cartoonish graphics and the demential plot and characters, Sam included, so I sure don't appreciate those aspects of the mod. However, as for the gaming aspects, it's a cool campaign and we thank the creator for it

I've played this map in blind run at Serious difficulty. When you see the fades, it generally means that I've died there, or that I went back somewhere to pick up some stuff or that I've reloaded 'cause I let myself be hit too much in stupid ways
