At 37:00, instead of getting on the platform, wait for it to go up and then go below, if you took the Ra's Eye in the Secret Tomb (see 5:15, go on the left and you'd see an armour pick-up, blow up the wall and you'll get into the secret tomb) you'd then be able to access the Mental Tomb
Hi Retro Grade. How can i play this Reborn mod? When i try to download custom campaign from Steam it says subscribe and when i subscribe nothing happens when i click download. I need to put campaign files into instalation folder of Serios Sam 4?
Hi, it's a workshop item, so you just have to subscribe to it and then start SS4 in moddable mode instead of the standard version (Steam asks you this every time you start the game). Then you'll find Reborn in the campaign section of the main menu
You can access the level by exploding part of the dune where there's the isolate ammo pick-up in the King Valley, the one that spawns two Kamikazes and two Syrian Bulls, you then blow the hill in front of the pick-up and here you go. Yeah there's no indicator, you get it by accident I guess lol Also at the end behind the portal there is a secret Egyptian sign (Osiris' eye) that should activate a secret platform in the Valley
It gives you a more complete vision of the surroundings, at least in the old SS games. Here on SS4 the camera is built differently so the advantage is much less, that's why I use it less often even if I usually prefer it anyway
Oh did you know the end of the level cutscene is Sam getting knocked out by Mental Henchmen and then getting dumped somewhere is it a nod from Half-life.
Hello creator Idk if you will see this but this level is very good My only complain is that in rocket launcher room you fight arachnoids for some reason May I ask why??? Biomechs would make sense Heck even kleers with werebulls would make sense but arachnoids Hitscan enemies with rocket launcher? Im sorry but that was a very stupid decision I still like the level I wish you will do more maps but plz next time dont do that kind of fight Make a fight that a player would expect
Congrats for surviving this laggy mess! If you still curious about music in green biomech's corridor - it is from the Bright Island campaign (from the 6th level). GG!
Fun, self contained experience, like a slaughter map in doom, not *really* requiring expert skills but still. Just dont spawn your kamikazes in a big clump thats so easy to detonate with two shots
