I've been taking serrapetase and nitto for two months now. It feels great and I didn't experienced any side effects except a little more bleeding when I hurt myself while working around the house.
I can tell you for absolute certain that the stomach upset with serrapeptase and nattokinase is a real thing. If I have eaten anything with protein within 2-3 hours before or after I take it, I am violently ill. Im talking cant get off the bathroom floor for hours ill. It digests protien, and if that protien is in your stomach, not only does it cause the supplement to become ineffective for the intended use because it did its work in your stomach, it can make certain people (and I'm one of them) extremely sick.
The first time i used serraptase, i was okay, and it worked for what i needed for. 2nd time; not so well! I experienced severe vomiting even with the lowest dose.
Can someone please explain to me why I get so nauseous and vomit when I take serrapeptase, EVEN IF I take it on an empty stomach with LOTS of water? I just don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing. TIA.
