Amazing video! I've been taking 240,000 IU for a few months. I'll add that my teeth feel much cleaner on top of many other benefits. I think it can sharply reduce plaque buildup on the teeth. My teeth have never felt cleaner.
@@haidersyed6554 I haven't. Still taking this regularly as well, and even had a back injury and was taking as much as 1,000,000 units a day to ease the pain. I'm back to 2 pills a day (240,000 units), some days I don't take it at all -- but no issues even 6 months later. Though I don't doubt other people may have issues with it. I always pay attention to how I react to supplements and try to be careful.
What no one mentions is the fact that serrapeptase needs to make it to the small intestines in order to do its thing. So, the capsules must be at least phthalate free to survive stomach acid. That is also important to consider.
My understanding is there should not be any protein in your system, because the enzyme will “eat” that protein and not your dead tissues, etc. I take it at bedtime .
serrapeptase, besides how it clears up our lungs, it also targets C-reactive protein aka dead tissue in our body and clears it out which is outstanding. ex: friend took serrapeptase for about a year and his aorta had cleared up on its own! That was for real. have been taking it for years. Absolutely a no brainer for internal health.
Since Serrapeptase must be taken on an empty stomach, can this be taken at bedtime, or in the middle of the night, or does it have to be taken during the day when the body is moving about?
@@haidersyed6554 i have tried it recently and it does help noticeably for me. Ordered it from Amazon. i tried the Doctor's Best Serrapeptase 120,000 SPU - kind of expensive at $26 per bottle but i think t is worth it.
