❤️ Sesame Oil Pork Kidney Noodle Soup Recipe - Cooking with Fen & Lady First
💛 Ingredients (Serves 4):
Pork Kidneys: 1 pair
Flour Vermicelli Noodles: Half strand
Pork: 90g
Ginger slices: 30g
Water: 700cc
💛Seasonings:
Salt: 2~3g
Black Sesame Oil: 3 tablespoons
Rice Wine: 3 tablespoons
MSG (optional): 0.5 teaspoon (optional)

- Non-stick pan
❤️ "Sesame Oil Pork Kidney Noodle Soup" - Cooking with Fen & Lady First:
1. 03:03 Preparing Pig Kidneys
- Remove the white parts from the pig kidneys.
- Scrub the surface of the kidneys with rice wine.
- Blanch the kidneys with 1g of salt.
2. 04:09 Sautéing Pork in Sesame Oil (Approximately 1 minute)
- Heat sesame oil over medium-low heat, add ginger slices, and stir-fry until slightly wrinkled.
- Add pork, sprinkle with 1g of salt, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
3. 04:48 Sautéing Kidneys (Approximately 1.5 minutes)
- Continue sautéing the kidneys with 1g of salt.
- Add 3 tbsp of rice wine to enhance the aroma, then remove the kidneys from the pot when the time is up. Leave the pork in the pot.
4. 05:48 Boiling Pork (5 minutes)
- Prepare a pot of boiling water (700cc) separately.
- Add boiling water to the pot and boil for about 5 minutes.
5. 06:44 Boiling Noodles in Another Pot (1 minute)
- Prepare another pot of hot water for blanching the vermicelli noodles.
6. 07:09 Assembling Ingredients and Adjusting
- Mix the kidneys with the sesame oil pork soup in the pot and bring to a boil over high heat for about half a minute, then turn off the heat.
- Add the blanched noodles to the pot.
- Adjust the flavor by adding salt and MSG (optional) to your liking.
