i love the new way you make the videos. to be honest i like it more than the pixelborn vids. but it doesnt mean i didnt like the old format. love your commentary. ive learned a few tricks thanks to these vids
I think rabbit would draw a card when it gets hades because it is leaving play? I feel like this happened on pixelborn and my opponent drew a card. But I’m not sure so. Edit: I just looked up the ruling and yes you would draw. The inkwell is technically not in play. So if any of the Merlin cards get put into the inkwell their leaves play ability would trigger.
I may be the only one, but MAN, I AM SO HAPPY THAT PIXELBORN HAS DIED! Don't get me wrong - it was a great and very useful tool. But When we are talking about a TCG and it's youtube content - the live plays are so much more fun. I haven't started a TCG to watch Hearthstone basically. I want to watch real Lorcana with real cards and people. And you have done this and it's so much fun!
I so agree with you!!! That misplay by Alphos though it did not have direct impact on the game those type of mis-plays do psychologically mess with you and can have snowball effects. I love what speci did via pixleborn as i love speci's content. But watching people size each other up live and having to deal with nerves in real life is so much better!
She moves damage around when played. So the idea is you can challenge characters to get damage and then play the belle to move damage from your character to there’s, or from one opponent character to another.
@charliyv9026 Sure. I play with more cards because I don't rely solely on Hiram. I have a competitive area, and my characters were getting DESTROYED. I'm talking 2 ice blocks, and Robin Hood was gone. Hiram gone. Now, this is mainly against Ruby. My area plays a lot of Ruby/Sapphire, Amesyth, and Amber Mufasa. Not every game but against Ruby I spend 4 ink and a pawsicle to get removed by brawl. That's a lot of resources for 2 cards. I can get 2 cards off of 1 drop cards even cycle through 4 with develop your brain. I'm choosing the two I need, and I can now play more 1 cost cards. Now I play with 73 cards, but unlike other color sets, you can do this because each card has a function. I play based on the game. As soon as you play the first yo know how to mauligan the rest. Here, there are 1 drop to "develop your brain," fortishper, pawsice (card draw), and kit cloudkicker. You'll see a thrm soon cloudkicker has ward. 2 drop 4 baboom, 4 Cogs talking clock, 4 Smee, and 4 one jump ahead. Here you have early removal, ramping, shifting, and questing/attacking with smee. 3 drop 4 fishbone, 2 great stone dragon, 1 Launch, 2 Rise of the titans, 3 straight of a raging fire, 3 Wendy Darling. Wendy Darling is ward and had support to another character is a 3,1. Ward characters Ruby can't bounce. If need be, you can give 3 support, making him a 5/3. I have 2 Hiram again depending on who we play, but it's inkable, and Wendy can give Hiram support. 4 drops are 2 Hiram 2 mcduck manor, 2 Zues and 2 Nokks. Nokk is ward and 4/3 great song singer who will be there to sing and attack. Wendy and him can knock out a Queens Castle. Her 3 support his 4 after quest and takes out the castle. 5 drop 4 AWNW,1 Let it go, 2 GYS, and 4 Big Cogs. Big cogs is shift. Has ward so can't get easily removed. Gives you a chance to sing AWNW or GYS for agro. 6 drops are 2 Ariels , Gaston, 3 kit cloudkicker navigator, and 2 Big tinks. The last four are 2 Lucky Dimes and 2 Tamatoas. I use my pawsicles to actually heal smee if Big cogs doesn't come down. So smee can keep questing. Again, it depends on who you're playing. I've had Ariel down and would place a Fortisphere on Smee or The Nokk. Forcing them to attack another character, before challenging a Ariel. That throws people off and all the ward makes it difficult for Ruby players. Brawl and Madam Medusa can't bounce any players. Ice block doesn't work on the ward characters. The removal let's you stay in control of the board. Launch and Zues, with Knokk, helped me get rid of a ready Belle and Tamotoa. Sapphire needs lore in the beginning, board control in the middle, and quest out at the end. I don't worry about item removal because Sapphire/Ruby will burn it for card draw with Hiram or get Lucky dime back with Tamatoa. I also ask how many cards in hand if I see them constantly drawing. If they're holding cards. That tells you they have "Be Prepared " or lady madussa or Tremaine. If their sitting on 12 or more cards. You play AWNW. I played a Sapphire/ Ruby with 3 ice block down and won. He ousted big tink, Robin hood. I had to take big Robin hood out. He made my big tink a 2 and kicked her with brawl. That's why ward is so much more important now. Play test it. Its fun. My thought with extra cards are that Hiram cost 4. Take 2 Hiram away, and that adds 8 1 ink cards to draw cards. 2 Hirams cost 8 ink. Add 8 1 cost cards instead for card draw. So with 4 ink I can play 2 1 cost items for card draw and play one 2 cost character. All for 4 ink. Sorry for it being long. I'm trying to explain it. Try it out. Let me know how it goes.
