That’s because the people in the audience are just random people they pulled off the street. Many of whom don’t watch the show. Hence the chance to share that info every time.

I do love this bit but corrections will always be my favorite. For me it goes corrections, a closer look, surprise inspection, ya-burnt, and lastly whatever interviews he's doing.

Oh this segment will always hit. Even on the truly bad jokes that don't get me to laugh, he ends up getting me later when he deconstructs and mocks the joke. I think the only reason I'm capable of laughing at that is I know how genuinely much Seth loves his crew and vice versa.

Some of them were ok, but the best ones were just impossible. How/Why would anyone try to stop a masturbating priest from "making a sermon" in a Starbucks, let alone "making semen"? The utter incongruity is the funny part, and it's so over-the-top that the joke could never exist outside the context of "pitching jokes for a surprise inspection".

Fun fact the Mac Tonight guy is Doug Jones; he was the creature in The Shape of Water, he was half the creatures in Guillermo del Toro's movies, and he's Saru in Star Trek Discovery. Fantastic guy.

"I only do powders" is a common term in reference to being asked what drugs you take. It separates powdered forms like coke, ket, speed (even crushed pills, H, etc...) from smoking things like crack and meth or doing intravenous methods. It's a category, not a term for a drug
