Can it be used to create some type of search engine? I was thinking of creating a page to store all the step by step processes of the company I'm working on so the new employees can access it when needed.

It could be used for this, but a better approach would be to leverage SharePoint for this purpose. In this scenario, SharePoint because: - It's free - M365 Authentication - Managed security roles - It handles indexing content and search - Content creation out of the box (Pages) - Document management out of the box

Great Video! Is it possible to use this, let's say create a power page app for an external business and embed Power BI reports in it for the business owners / users to check with a login portal experience.?

Yes absolutely! Power Pages supports embedded Power BI components. In order to make this happen you'll need to: - Enable Power BI visualizations / embedding for your Power Platform environment. - Enable Power BI embedded at the tenant level for Power BI. - You will create a Power BI Embedded security group in Entra ID, which you will then add your Power Pages portal to as a member. - You will also require a Power BI premium subscription that allows you to embed your PBI content for consumption by external users. - Pin your PBI report(s) to a dashboard in your workspace. We're currently working on another series of articles & videos related to using Power Bi in Power Apps. Maybe we'll touch on this specific topic.

Is power pages included in MS365 Business Standard?

Power Pages is not part of the M365 Business Standard license. In order to use Power Pages you will need to acquire the appropriate license that enables a user to connect to Dataverse, which underpins any Power Pages portal. For users inside your organization, this could mean Power Apps Per User license. For users outside your organization you would be looking for Power Apps add-on licenses that are applied to the environment in the Power Platform admin center. These come in two forms.
