you should also lower exposure by around 25% and higher saturation by 25% as well. For me, the default look of SEUS is always a little bit milky. This will definitly help and also make the image overall more vibrant. You can also use iris+sodium/oculus+rubidium instead of optifine to utilize your gpu more wich leads to a huge performance boost even on higher render disances. But i got always i blurry artifact on each entity except for players. Anyone knows why? is it caused by iris? Thanks

I made a video on how to fix the new launcher but just use the old launcher it's better. If you run the old launcher in compatibility mode you won't get the annoying pop up

Don't change render quality and shadow quality, because you can get glitches.

I have an RTX 3080 and this shader is pulling down my FPS extremely. Even with Patrix 128x resource pack I got 170 fps locked with no shader, with shader it gows down to 20-40 fps, will try these settings!

TIPS AND TRICKS TO MAKE IT EVEN FASTER GAME: turn off: mipmap levels emissive textures custom fonts custom sky custom entity models custom colors custom items custom guis SMOOTH FPS - IT ONLY MAKES YOUR FPS WORSE AND IT DOESN'T HELP ANYTHING, I'M NOT SURE WHY OPTIFINE DIDN'T DELETE IT YET Render regions - if you have integrated graphics. But then you wouldn't be able to run these shaders as they require NVIDIA GPUs. turn on: connected textures - fast SHADER OPTIONS: turn off gi leaf transparency turn off glowing 3 blocks (besides, I don't even like it anyway) turn off blocky clouds - less cpu processing and also looks better anyway also upscaling acts like it's at 1x render quality, so basically, if you put it at 0.5x render quality, it won't perform antialiasing on that. It'll really look like it's being rendered at half quality. And especially if you skip all antialiasing in the shader options.

the new seus shader is yss shader

Why do people still use Seus? It's so unoptimised. There are other shaders that run much faster and look better in my opinion (not talking about path traced shaders of course)
