Severe thunderstorms rained damaging floodwaters down on the Las Vegas valley on Thursday, with another round of storms on Friday. Video courtesy of Maria Adimey-Padilla
The water in lake Mead raises almost zero in the summer with a rain and if so it's gone the next day........SNOW SNOW SNOW with a slow melt is our only fix.
Does anybody else think there should be a more aggressive rain water collection program in dry, arid places like Las Vegas? In 2022, this is like watching money/resources going down the drain.
These rain storms in the vegas area have ALWAYS been here... Picture the entire city gone, and all you have is a flat stormy desert the way it once was.. 😊
Had an incident in LV one time where it was Perfectly Sunny blue skies and drove another 20 minutes it looked dark as Hell and the nonstop rain reduced visibility to 5 MPH......thought i was gonna hit someone in front of me or get rear ended cuz visibility was 5 mph... ✌✌
Damn.. two nights in a row. wonder if they'll be a third. All the sudden, at 8:11pm, my lights went out, so I hopped in the car err boat and slogged over to Sonic for a snack.
It was either last year or 2020 when it rained on April 20th and didn’t rain again until December 17th. 8 months of dry weather. Also, when it does rain it’s usually a light rain that lasts about 10 minutes and then you’re back to a sunny sky.
This footage is sorta embarrassing 😬. Us Vegans big deal the heck out of weather 😂. Full confession I’m a weather geek! I get excited about any cool weather changes ⛈
Bless the lord.. now yall will not have to take so much water from elsewhere to survive and fill ur pools.. and I bet the lake will fill up some needed feet!
@@hollyshaw-elliemae there will be no ark this time , the sky will roll open like a scroll and he’s going to war with everything that is not his and bringing His kingdom on earth
