As a former porn addict (over 25 years). All I can say is Thank You God for Delivering me out of it. It’s not easy in today’s world with everything at your fingertips, back then we had to go looking for it. Narrow is The Gate for sure. May God Bless anyone listening to this in the Name of Jesus.

I love that you didn't make hip-hop the scapegoat. It's the society that we live in...how we are all socialized and how we all view women (i.e. a misogynist and sexist frameview). Hip-hop is just a reflection of that.

Massive props to those young men for taking part, I know I never would have when I was 15... and same to you Jason for being a fantastic role model, I wish I had someone like you in my life when I was a kid. Something my partner (future wife) shared with me is that in our culture it's a fallacy to say that men want 'sex', because sex is a shared, mutual, intimate, spiritual experience with another person - in our culture what men are programmed to desire is not this kind of sex but instead to TAKE sex from another person (usually woman), and the words we associate with sex are also associated with violence (smash, beat, f*ck, etc.) - in other words what many men really desire is to rape women, to exert domination and control... it took me some time to accept what she was saying and what that means for me also, but it really is something to consider and I think there's a lot of truth to it.

No telling where your young men will go... very far. Thank you for teaching them this way and also giving them a platform to speak as they learn. I really appreciate you brother Jason. I rock with you for real for real.

Thank you, for this. I remember growing up Christian and even in my 20s it felt like I was the only man on planet earth who was trying to live for God in the area of sexual purity. When I did fall, I tried going to people to vent, but instead I was congratulated! It is so refreshing to see this type of convo. A while back I was trying to figure out where I wanted to move to in the U.S. The Lord ended up taking me back home to the east coast, but I was actually considering finding out where you guys are at to see how I can get involved. It is a very much needed thing that you guys do, and I hope to be used by God to spread sexual purity among men in the area that I live. God bless, you all! I loved hearing this intergenerational conversation between Black men. I wish that he wouldn't have said there are no rules when you're "in the world." So few men talk about consent and its importance. Even when not having sex, speaking with your partner about avoiding sex and sexual acts is a conversation about consent. I really wish this was discussed here since it is so needed both by people who abstain and those who don't. Other than that, great job guys. I hope you do have a conversation about consent in the future

13:47 I think he means the sexual urges that pop up and we have to not only resist it but to surf over it and shift our energy towards our goals. In other words, channel our sexual energy towards our goals or high value dopamine activities in order to keep our mind away from those urges.

@20 minutes I think a part of the reasoning push ups can help, would be that blood flows to the muscles being used and not the ones you don't use, ( biceps instead of penis). Also a great revelation I had with temptation upon waking up I want to share is morning wood...could just be the need to pee. Personally, time and time again I have morning temptations it's cause I need to urinate and my brain hasn't yet distinguished the feeling with the proper response. Like your son said, "it's a problem that needs to be solved".

A big key for me was to understand why the culture’s approach to sexuality was a problem and at odds with God’s ways. Our love should be like God’s love, and God’s love is faithful, not constantly changing from one partner to another. God treats us as His Beloved and not as an object to be used. God’s love is fruitful like a family and not sterile like the hookup culture. Gods love is free and doesn’t manipulate the Beloved like men and women play each other today.

Sexual energy is powerful. I knew a guy who practiced semen retention and not watching anything to increase that feeling he would use that energy to accomplish in business. Everything begins as energy. It can be used for creation or stagnation. It's not like you HAVE to run and take a piss, lol. You CAN hold onto it and people feel it a strength the pheromones. Clear your mind because it's not energy and desire ONLY to be used for procreation of a child you can create and bring to life ideas and creativity.

Women don't ACTUALLY enjoy that stuff except rarely and with her man or she's got some issues.
