I'm the same way, raised to treat ladies w/ respect & not just for sex. but I've been disrespected for that & dumped but us men can't read a womans mind for when she wants sex w/out notification
Remember, this only works on women who like you. There is not much you can do about women who already know you, yet aren't into you. But you can improve your body and your self-respect, which will result in more women liking you. Just probably not the ones who already met you, because they have already categorized you.
I guess men would not have any problem with bedroom experimentation, role playing and TAKING the lead, it's obviously the manly thing to do. Maybe both can watch 50 shades (never seen it, don't need to, but yeah it's a women's fantasy thing...) Most likely some females maybe hesitant or shy, but as said both should see what works. At the end everything is just an expansion of experiences and consciousness in our chosen roles. On the flip side for the MEN'S team and perspective, it's brilliant and HOT when women can be useful like use some power tools, fix some things, as well as doing the usual groceries shopping or some yard work :) Fostering E-MOTION is important, as the word algebra reveals it's the energy in motion within ourselves that's responsible for feelings. Therefore for a happy long term relationship, energy flow through BOTH partners should be mutual before, during and after intimacy.(unless you decided on a quick one and need to wake up early for work or dentist appointment ;)

Men aren't mind readers, and lately, we seem to be on the receiving end of more than our fair share of "creep", "pervert" and worse accusations. No decent man wants to spook his lover in bed. If you want something out of the ordinary, ladies, you're going to have to speak up or demonstrate. "Appreciation for sexual initiative": OK, I get it that women fear rejection and therefore might not want to initiate intimacy the first time. But c'mon, ladies, if you've been intimate with your man more than a few times, you've let him into your bedroom, maybe you even have a ring on your finger, you need to get over your fears, because we think a woman who never initiates is a woman who's just putting up with us. Show your interest by starting the steamy stuff once in awhile, or else don't be surprised if your guy starts looking for another woman who shows more interest.
