@Ravikumar Gajjala they spin because they have a 360 view and will only shoot you when they are looking at you, but they shoot almost instantly because of how fast they are spinning.
But see i don't wait for about a half an hour to find a game to then not being able to play, i don't care if i win or not, i just want to play the actual game, also it really isn't fair for the other team.
i usually press f1 only if i am 80% sure the player is a hacker. cause i don't know if the vote is to kick an actual cheater, or just a random guy that get unfairly called cheater. but luckily, i met only a few cheaters, so i don't have to deal with that problem

1 was spinning and then wating until the aimbot detets a player in line of sight and shoots at the head the other had a more advanced system but less acurate, doing a line of sight check for anything in it's FOV and aiming at anyone that it can shoot

best option to deal with such hackers is usually the demoman. Hackers dont tend to change spots, and they cannot headshot you if you never enter their line of sight anyway, before showering their spot with stickies from cover. Sticky traps are also effective against speedhackers, who run too fast to see the bombs before its too late. Sure, map knowledge is required to get close enough without ever entering line of sight, and the hacker is likely to come back... but when you succeed at dominating one, i can swear you get the most satisfied grin ever :)

Not hacks. Sniper can alternate between DDS for protection and SMG for offense, not have them at the same time. Watch Meet the Scout, and you'll know why when you see Heavy holding a shotgun and Sandvich at the same time.
No I'm just good at the game but nobody cares about killing the hacker so I put the test and started watching other feels about killing a hacker who saids NOOB and keep aimboting my team in 2 fort doesn't care but I got my revenge in the hacker and called him NOOB for 3 times and RAGEQUIT and there...

This video is really innacurate because aimbot can't miss and they would've shot the sniper once they saw him but all things aside it was a great video and smooth animation.
