I am confused with how 4 & 8 of 555 timer is connected with threshold then thereafter to pin 7 of the LM358 through 15k, how will the capacitor beside it charge and will the reset botton work when its joined already, l tried the circuit, the circuit worked before pressing reset, the reset didn't work at all from my side here using the circuit
thankyou for watching as this circuit I made with the use of NE555 IC for low battery cutoff protection but its not works perfectly for that watch this upgraded version - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HL9gfEzcwbw.html in this circuit I have used PC817 based very simple logic for low battery cutoff
This is great. Pls sir, I need more explanation on the pins of the pwm controller module. Are the order of the pins in the circuit diagram the same with your finished pwm controller in the video you made. Thanks. How many pin did you actually used and how can I recognize the 12v supply the feedback, the 5v reference...
The pins of the module and circuit diagram is same and the pin 1 & 2 are used to make feedback network as it is the inverting and non-inverting pins, pin 16 is reference pin that gives 5v which is used with feedback circuit to get stable output voltage, pin 10 is SD(shut down) used to off the PWM as it goes in low voltage or over heating. And the pinout of SG3525 module is in three parts 1)Feedback (can take from 0v to 300v dc ) 2)Input voltage from 11v to 15v (drive the whole circuit from battery) 3)PWM output for driving MOSFET
you have buy raspberry pi pico and upload ociloscope code using computer and connect it with usb otg cable to you mobile and install Scoppy Android app from google play store You can watch on youtube how to make raspberry pi pico ociloscope tutorials its very simple
Hi friend, how can i control the duty cycle of the 3525 with no feedback, i want to do it just manually on those cheap chinese modules sg3525+lm358; i have the modules for my inverters but i don't know how to make a simple circuit with a blue trimmer to vary the duty cycle; thank you very much
if your sg3525+lm358 module have feedback with pc817 optocoupler, then just simple power the feedback with GND and 5V reference pin of SG3525 that makes manual duty cycle control
Thank you, yes it does; you mean, just put a (10K?) trimpot between pin Vref and ground and then feed the center pin of the trimpot to pin 1 of the 817? and ground pin 2 of the 817? will that work? @@innovationic
No good for me yet, , it needs to steady the out Voltage by itself, not by us adjusting the trimpot over 20 videos and no one is showing how to do it, do a video , where you VARY the INPUT voltage and the IC changes the DUTY CYCLE by itself, and KEEP the out voltage stable, show that on the oscilloscope, thanks
Your Feedback Diagram is Wrong. You have added 10k + 10k Voltage Devider in PWM pin 2, its mean Pin 2 Voltage Ref 2.5V .Also 1k directly to Pin 1. Its mean Pin 1 has 5V. You are taking Ground with Optocoupler. But Optocoupler has to enable for Pass Ground from Pin 1. As from the beginning IC Pin 1 is getting much voltage than Pin2 it will never start its PWM Signal. Hope you can understand. Please correct the Diagram. I am also wondered that how your Voltage Feedback works? I think you did not made with that diagram. The 1k Resistor should be Grounded from Pin 1 and Optocoupler voltage should be given from pin 16 to Pin 1.
on pin 2 voltage is 2.5v and at pin 1 is 5v through 1K resistor so full 50% duty cycle will come from pwm output pin but when voltage on pin 1 decreases through pc817 optocoupler, thus duty cycle also increases and hence output also increases as more load is connected
when we connect some voltage at feedback wire i.e. pc817 get some voltage thus current flow from emitter to collector pin of optocoupler hence voltage will drop on pin 1 this cycle repeats and the feedback loop works
@@innovationic But you have to understand that if Pin1 is Higher than Pin2 then Duty Cycle will decrease. As you given 5v to Pin 1 and 2.5V to Pin to, so it will start with 0% Duty Cycle so you will never get any output Voltage from Transformer or Mosfet will not open.
