Over the past year, we've had a lot of people asking about the grease tray for the Master Forge grill model SH3118B. We couldn't find a good replacement from the manufacturer so Grill Girl jumped in to find the answer!
We ordered the entire grill bottom (cost of about $200!) from Master Forge and attempted to remove the grease tray from the grill. We were hoping GrillPartsSearch.com could make a higher quality replacement for us and everyone who needed one!
Unfortunately, the grease tray and the bottom of the grill itself are one-in-the-same. The grease tray is riveted to the sides of the grill which means you can't unscrew it from the grill.
This means that to replace the part you would have to replace the entire bottom of the grill. The price of that part is so expensive that in this case, it is better just to buy a new grill.
Cleaning out the bottom of the grill every few months, or after a lot of grilling, will help keep your grill in useable shape for longer!
