Technically they don’t have actual names. What names they do have were either code names for the developers or names the fans gave them.

There's probably never going to be a sequel for this as the dev team is more focused on creating new games rather than follow-ups (disregarding fan theories). So I think the most fair compromise for fans is to make a moddable version where players can customize their own colossi and share them to allow others to defeat them. Maybe even a customizable map, characters and cutscenes? Think of it as a Mario Maker for Shadow of the Colossus. That would be the ultimate love letter to the fan base from Ueda.
