Shane Jones is not a good man. Nor does he tell it how it is. The judiciary has been reduced to what it is gradually, by successive governments over decades. The cause is in politics via fascistic justice and police ministers that have little to no understanding of law and order, or cause and effect it would seem.... or perhaps they are actually achieving their goals and those goals are not what they claim them to be.

The judge is doing what their job entails, they are observing the instructions of their bosses. This is far more the responsibility of the minister of police and police themselves.
