I would love to know how to make the actual kao fu. I make seitan all the time, but I don't know how to recreate the kao fu form. I'd be so grateful for any tips! I would really love to try to learn how to make the dishes I used to eat in Shanghai, as there is just no real Chinese food where I live now in Europe. I'm also vegan, which makes it even harder. I miss my pure veggie Chinese restaurants!! :(
