I said that he resents them because they have proven him wrong in the basketball sense; just like Shaq, Dwight was a first overall pick for the Magic, went to the NBA finals and was a multiple all star selection. Unlike Shaq, he's a 3x defensive player of the year, makes you wonder why he always attack him.🤔 As for JaVale, he always makes him the butt of his jokes, making him his Shaqtin' a fool MVP, though JaVale deserves it for displaying low basketball iq. However, he found himself in 2 situations where he overcame his image and became a valuable role player and won 3 NBA championship. Now Shaq cannot make fun of him and he hates him for it. As for Jokic, he has won 3 MVP in a short period of time, Shaq could have won more than 1 MVP, maybe Steve Nash give him both of his MVP trophies to him, but that's not going to happen. In short, i am not disputing the fact that he is a better player than those that i have mentioned (Jokic is ascending, tho), i am saying that he was talented enough to be a unquestionable top 5 player, not only in his position, but also in all basketball, better than MJ, LBJ, Magic, and i think that he knows that.

@@jwright2939 1999 Lakers were 5 or 6 seed Shaq won the award in 2000. 2001 ai lead the league in points and steal while getting Phi to first place. 2002 Tim Duncan played 81 game n Shaq only played 67. Tim Duncan got his team further & was a rebound leader something Shaq never got. 2003 same as 2002. 2004 kg played 82 game Shaq play his usual 67. Kg lead the Timberwolves ahead of the Lakers while leading the league in rebounds. 2005 Nash got the first seed in the West shooting 50/40/88 and making 11 assist a game. Shaq played less games had Dwade who was almost as impactful . 2006 Nash played 20 more games then Shaq n was shooting 50/40/90. Shaq played less games than his competitor, had more help and his team was always behind in seeding as a result. None of those years he deserved it over his competitors.
