4:50 I saw some people on social media say that Charles was heartless to say something like this. Ladies and Gentlemen, this is what is known as "Honesty". We are honest with ourselves about what we can and cant do, but to admit to the world what we can and cant do takes courage. We are not perfect as humans, and Charles is just that, hes Human, explaining what he cant do. It takes courage to say something like that openly in a world where alot of people lie for the admiration.

Clearly Michael had a tremendous impact on everyone who knew him.

As a parent of 2 adopted kids with disabilities I can say that you give absolutely everything you have into taking care of them everyday and it’s the most rewarding thing ever. I pray for their family to process this, to grieve and to be able move forward as strong family!!!!

I think that's super important. TAKE YOUR TIME! It's crucial for people to grieve as much as they need to. So they will have some sort of okayness. The boys will hold it down. The fans will be here. We are all with him.

I only knew of Ernie's humility which was readily on display on TNT but to have even a little understanding of his heart..... RESPECT Sir! My favourite tv crew who never fail to speak from the heart and yet again, we have Ernie to thank for building such chemistry.

Ernie became my hero about 10 years ago when I seen the special on sports center about Michael and him. I can still hear Michael saying “I love you” all these years later. Rest In Peace brother.

I don't think there's a person alive who knows of Ernie Johnson that doesn't love and respect him. A class act through and through and a person that sets one of the finest examples of what a man is supposed to be. My heart goes out to EJ and his family. I also have mad respect for these three. It's obvious how much they love and respect EJ. You can hear the emotion in Kenny's voice as he was talking. No wonder Inside the NBA is greatest sports show ever.

Chuck is just the best. Everyone says nice words but Charles always speaks honestly, sincerely, and from the 💙. This whole thing was very sad, but Charles actually made me tear up a bit

Even through RU-vid over the Atlantic the story of love and a shared human experience is incredibly moving. I wish Ernie and his family well while they mourn a bright light being extinguished.

As soon as i saw the thumbnail my heart sank because I remember a story on Ernie when he talked about Michael. So I knew who it was in the thumbnail. We're all with you Ernie

We are with you Ernie ❤️ I grew up at a time where Michael Jordan was larger than life. I stopped paying close attention to the NBA after he retired. This show is 100% of the reason I came back. None of the individuals on here are replaceable. They are so truly genuine, for better or worse, and I respect and appreciate that so much. With that said, Ernie is the cornerstone. It wouldn’t work without him and who he is as a person. It shines through every night. My sincere condolences to Ernie and his family.

Ernie is a huge role model for every kid in Milwaukee whos even heard the word "NBA". I'll always owe my highschool basketball career to Ernie, always wanted to one day be interviewed by him and tell him how many kids look up to him. back then i looked up to him because he's an analyst, but now i look up to him for something more than that: him being an amazing, beautiful, and caring human being who doesn't deserve ANYTHING to harm him physically or mentally. we love you ernie, praying for you and Cheryl. and i know Michael is in a better place right now, probably hooping like he never got a chance to on earth and dominating
