I'm disabled. I've needed people to take care of me for almost 27 years. Ernie and Cheryl you are excellent no doubt. I still feel worthless and like a burden a lot of my life, but my mom wanted me to fight and I did and I have done so much. I know I don't have a lot left but I hope my value was seen and felt. I hope that I supplied empathy and passion and I hope it's remembered.

I have been struggling for a while with my mental health, and seeing how Michael was able to enjoy every aspect of life gives me hope. Thank you Ernie and Cheryl for adopting him and giving him all the love in the world. I heard about Ernie's loss on Sunday and i gasped while talking to my friend..My friend asked me what was wrong..I told him the news i heard..He responded With people die every day.I layed into him like i knew Ernie.Told him empathy and sympathy isn't just for people you know.Its also for those you dont. Wow, this actually made me tear up. Hearing that worker say that a 3 year old is "no good", not even giving him a chance, was saddening. I'm glad Michael was able to live his best life and have such a positive impact on everyone around him

My husband always says our normal 14-year-old son useless. After watching this video I’m in tears. I told my son to join his school basketball team next year; I said you will do well. I also told him I love you to the moon and back. No body is worthless. Your speech touched me so much! Pray for your family! Michael will continue to touch more people’s life in Heaven.
