Great video as I live on Fremont Street less than 5 blocks from this building. Very nice but way over-priced for this area!!! :)- This zip code had over 17 homicides alone and most of them happened in this exact neighborhood last year alone!!!! FYI..warned :)-

Thanks for this. Considering moving to Vegas. The gym though looked very sad. 450sq ft sounds very small for a unit though. So fair to say everything is walking distance?

I know you don’t recommend the 211 but ,How much is the 211? Im looking to downsize to save its just myself looking for around 1k if possible
