I know this video is a few years old, but this fixed my problem today. I was doing a full up cleaning and refurbishing (new filters, brush, ext.) but when I reassembled my Navigator, it would red light me and not roll the brushes. I checked all the connections, made sure the unit was getting power, verified the switch was moving with the tilt, none of it helped. Did a google search and found this video, and sure enough once I bent the switch toggle into a higher position everything worked perfect. You just saved me a major headache stranger, it is very much appreciated.
It worked for red shark (n60?), do bend it the end of the arm (not at the bend) for better results. New filters and clean out the tubes from toy cars… works like a charm. Saving this vacuum from the dump.
Thanks so much for your wisdom and knowledge i watch these videos because i do EVERYTHING you can think of and mever lnow when or if ill run across this problem. I mean i do EVERYTHING. Cars, trucks, houses, cleaning, animals, life, nature, nurture, basics and pro level. Everything and anything. Hvac, gardening, customers, buyer, everyrhing and anything so this is very informative and knowledgeable for multiple situations 😊 thanks again brotha
I actually ran across this problem just last night. It's not only that piece but the 3 prong connector pieces weren't getting a gppd connection when I went to use the vacuum horizontally. Which is how you use a vacuum 😅 so... hope this works along with the extra work I've done...
I would like to know how to put the handle back on after taking everything apart to clean the roller on a shark strato, I hadn’t intended for the handle to come off but it did a part fall off and it just doesn’t look like it goes away. I know where everything else goes. I’ve almost got it back together, but can’t do anymore till I get that handle back in place.
