Thank you! Your video and one other video on this platform made a difference in fixing my Shark vacuum. This was a life saver. I was able to remove the clog from two areas of the vacuum after Watchung the video. I'm really happy. Thank you for having made this video. I wouldn't have fixed my vacuum without this video's help and your help!
I used to do customer service and troubleshooting for Shark vacuums, and this is literally the step by step process of elimination we would use to narrow down where an issue would be. It's really that simple. You'd be shocked how many people have exactly this issue and immediately get fixated on the idea that "It's broken and I need a new one, and it's your job to give me a new one for free! I have a warranty!"
Thanks, man! Never would have thought to check the long pipe. Usually I don't use the long pipe, but I think my teenager may have used (and clogged) it!
Thanks for the step-by-step instructions and I cleared the clog I had in the gray piece. I checked all other parts and everything is clear, but the vacuum is still making the loud suction sound from the hole that's in the side of the dark blue part. Please help!
I don’t know why this got 37 dislikes, but thank you for your video. Had a nice clog in the upper elbow. The GF decided it would be ok to use this vacuum in our basement instead of the shop vac meant for that sort of thing... 🤣
@@bsgtrekfan88 oh my brother. I was raised on these movies by my grandfather. They have been my favorite since I was old enough to know what a movie was. That song is un mistake able haha
As soon as I put the handle part on it doesn’t empty the dirt into the container. It works through the tube fine. Any ideas? No clogs.. thanks for the video! At least for now I can go through the handle. Mine is a little different of a version but basically built the same.
So how do you get the clog out when it's in the curved handle? I have banged the handle against the trash can until my hands are red! I've used a long knife to try to push or pull it out (It's a bread knife so it has a "fork" at the end) The screws aren't screws they look like Philips but flat and I have nothing to remove those with and I just screwed?! I don't even know how it got into the middle of the curve of the handle
A tiny clear plastic bottle hot sucked up and lodged into the actual handle if the Navigator. We can't pull it out. No video shows how to open the handle.
This seems to be where my Navigator clogs. I used a flexible claw pickup tool to removed debris. Then some shaking. Finally, you can put reverse suction by removing the flexible end from the canister and put handle opening right on the canister. It doesn't take much to clog it. Something has to get lodged in there and then it will eventually clog. The first time was a matchbox car. The second time was just a little wire tie that had been cut off a package.
Nail em to the cross why don’t you. Typical American - you always have something to complain about rather than being thankful. This guy took the time out his day to help you out. If you don’t like it then go somewhere else you ungrateful hypocrite(like you’re an angel 🙄)
