Sad there’s so much hate in the car community because at the end of the day who cares if ya got a 4cyl turbo or v6 or v8 as long as y’all are doing the mods you love we are all car people at the end of the day hell half the time some of the 4cyl people have more money and time put into a car than the v8 guys
@@xcbaby123 is that the best you can do champ? Haha If I was ever to get a V6 or 4 banger. I'd just go for the honda. When it comes down to it, to each their own. I'm sure sales of echo boost and V6 are higher then the v8 version. So people can say, look at me I have a mustang.
You definitely got 2 of the coolest and nicest ppl I've come to know over the last year or so. Oh and both have pretty sick cars to boot. Awesome vid Derek
That red one is dope, some small subtle changes. Im surprised how im like the only person with a fully loaded ecoboost with the active exhaust quad tip, the performance pack, digital dash, recaro seats, all of that
Whoa.. this young lady was impressive. Knowledgeable and Precise.. As an old 57 year old fart that's owned over 25 Mustangs and presently own 3, I am very happy to see the youth of today enjoying Mustangs.👍
This car sounds awful, popping cracking aggravating sound! There are ways to make a car like this actually sound pretty good, this is not it! People now a days don’t know what a car is supposed to sound like! All the popping and cracking actually makes it sound like it’s running to lean! It sounds more like a go cart or weed eater or something! Just my opinion! Same thing with motorcycles, some sound really good like one should and some sound awful! To each his own I guess!😎☠️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️☠️ My Cobra and my motorcycles all sound great , and I know they sound great because I made them sound like they do! I have heard so many that it’s easy to tell the good from the bad!😎 motorcycles, some sound really good and some sound awful!
Those have got to be some of the cleanest, well done ecoboost mustangs I have seen on RU-vid. I wouldn’t mind getting one for a daily driver car. They definitely chose the right exhaust set ups for a turbo 4.
The best setup is to change the intake and get rid of the cats. Also getting tuned and putting a different intercooler changes the sound too. Check out mine on my channel it sounds nothing like stock.
Beautiful, but I still prefer my GT. I just think NA larger engines hold up better over time. Every mechanic I know agrees. Those turbos have a tendency to go out around the 80k mark.
I would save myself so much money if I just bought an eco instead of trying to sell my new edge for a 5.0. Both cars look amazing!! I just can't get over the exhaust sounds :-/ I need a mean sound
I agree with Joker here, I’m not a Mustang guy but i still like them for what they are. But what he’s saying applies for just about any car. And I waited 2 years before I can pick up my V8. Totally worth the wait and the sacrifice. That sound is everything. But you do you at the end of the day brother
The EcoBoost can sound mean. Check out mine on my channel. Does it sound as good as a V8 no, but it sounds way better than the stock EcoBoost. Also the added bonus of the EcoBoost is how much better it handles not to mention how much more torque it is than a GT when you tune it. Race the 2009 GT500 the other day in my EcoBoost and won. I thought he was barely going to have me and was surprised. Makes sense though is my car is about 400 lbs lighter and those 2009 GT500 is made about 430 to the wheels where my EcoBoost made 403 to the wheels.
Hey so I just bought an eco but it’s not my first time around exhaust. I’ve done a few hours of research and I think I came up with the best exhaust for medium-loud sound under throttle while staying deep and drone free. Go with a 3in catless DP / connect to 3inch piping and slap any resonator you want (more baffling or less based on your preferred tone and loudness) and create a “t” pipe where the exhaust spilts to become a dual/ I’d recommend using TWO borla attack mufflers on each end./ tips comes down to preference as it won’t effect sound enough to justify any bad looks.
Yeah, sorry, I wouldn't be bragging about that exhaust. Sounds like a weed whacker trying to mow down some overgrown grass. Guess the ricer guys might get a hard on over it though.
I like em both but the red is looking better no offense to the gray one and big plus is you don't see alot of chicks working on their cars so I'm super impressed and she's a die hard mustang girl thumbs up
hooked up her grille all wrong and it doesn't work, constant boost leaks and misfires mentioned by owner, she know what she's doing? if a Guy had the same setup and problems on his ecoboost nobody would show love bro lol
Agreed, she's talking about pushing 800whp out of a ecoboost and changing the entire engine and turbo. Might as well get a gen 3 5.0 and throw a twin turbo on it and it'll be around 800whp+ with less the time and parts you'll have to upgrade.
@@thefitnesslife4988 id start with a gen 2 coyote. It holds together better at high power levels as does the 6r vs 10r. Not saying the gen3 and 10r can't make some stream they certainly can I just think gen 2 with a 6r is a better bet if going turbo and 800+ rwhp on stock parts is your goal. The 6r and its longer gearing also works better with turbos imo
I too went with an Eco because I wanted a modern day SVO. Mine has a ROUSH Performance Pak Level 2 (intake exhaust and tune) good for 37\5 hp. Cosmetically I went with a ROUSH nose and side scoops and a Cervini hood and black 19" wheels. Makes a great well, balanced car.
Normally it has to do with a low credit score combined with a sudden increase in income. And some people really are gullible enough to buy Ecoboosts marked up to 46k by dealerships.
Funny you say that look at the one on my channel mine makes about that same amount of horsepower with my e30 tune and full bolt ons. The thing is a torque machine and will beat stock gt.
Just had to ruin herself with metal hanging out her nose, and tattoos... 😔 As to Ecoboost stangs, they're still 4 cyl turds.... I owned several tbird turbo coupes. Fun but always something breaking.
Oh GOSH... I really don't know why reviewers constantly move camera around so much? It's visually fatiguing and motion sickness... Also I wonder why we click to see cars BUT just look at people talk? Can we admire the cars while they talk?
I like "mustang madness" for sure. When Toyota tech was mentioned I thought that was cool as I am a Toyota master tech. (prior Ford tech). I have a Paxton supercharged 1990 GT and 2013 GT
I recently bought my self a 2021 ecoboost.. people should give this car a little bit more credit.. its actually pretty fast for a 4 cylinder..just saying.
Nothing wrong with a 4cyl mustang tbh… only reason people hate is because of the our the box horsepower which isn’t even that bad and the fact it doesn’t scream like a V8 which an exhaust can easily fix
@@tyrcipher8811 but you've spent the same amount anyway . How are you saving with all that unnecessary stuff that all costs money. This is just fashion for you. I'll take a stock 5•0 any day and iff I need to sell it I'll get at least some of my money back. You won't get any because your car has no appeal to anyone except other people who want to play dress ups.
People forget the ecoboost is 28k starting and 44k for the v8 new. That's about a 15k difference. Also the ecoboost takes the v8 at the start, but the 5.0 catches up pretty quick and it does have a better faster top speed
Which do I like better? Neither of them, I'll stick with mine, a '19 EB in Magnetic with the Black Accent Package, black 19x10 SVE SP2s, black Drake rear spoiler, and red PP brakes to match the Showstopper Red interior. It's all sitting on GT350R springs and sway bars, Ford Performance track dampers and a bunch of BMR and Steeda suspension goodies. Best of all, a 6 speed.
I like a smaller wheel for style and performance. The tire is a beautiful thing and this trend of bigger wheels leaves the tires lacking you need a good 4 inch sidewall 2 inches minimum for a good look wich is functional, functional looks good.
@@Danny103 pretty much from what I've seen the 3.7 can Handle 650-750 before being in the danger zone of blowing them up. Even if you do, they're like 500-800 for an engine lol
SMH Might As Well Be Driving Mach E's. Ok To Be Honest Those Types Of Cars Are Not Everyone's Cup Of Tea I Know I Can't Find Any Love For Those Types Of Cars To Me They Are A Joke And Sound Like An Import But As Long As They Like Them Hey More Power To Ya And Good Luck On The Builds.
Love both builds, like how they both have meaty set ups not very common on ecoboost, Taylor also if you see this no disrespect but you look a lot like Gabe from the office
