It’s not running bad when she didn’t continue to bet on the turn, should’ve jam there. She also called with Q6 on the last hand, no business being that hand at all from the start. Should’ve just fold on the turn instead of check raise. Only person she can beat is a bad player like herself in Chris 😂
I’m surprised she didn’t shove. But I agree with her logic that if she is going to put money in, it’s only a shove. It’s weird to do anything else if you put your opponent on AK with those stack sizes. She took the other option tho which is check, hope an A or K doesn’t show up, and hopefully let him bluff. But oh well. Didn’t work out this time. She’s obvi not hurting for money since she took the (probably) higher EV line over time. This post sponsored by holiday inn express.
Great Training video for what Not to do at a poker table: AK vs Dan's 96s: Can't be overplaying top pair when you have none of the set/straight combos and Dan can have all of them. Literally just calling off to beat a combo draw (not likely since Dan knows you're repping strong) AQ vs Tom's AK: Flop is 100% frequency bet after you 4bet, Such a good flop for your hand & range. But she checks, fine. But why bluff turn if you are going to give up on a blank river? Tom never has 8x there as played, 99-QQ is unlikely also since he checked flop. QQ vs Tom's AK: Easiest turn jam ever. Tom has all JJ, TT, 88 & AK combos here. Funny thing is she's still calling him down on a blank river, so why check to give a free card???? Q6: Awful preflop defend, Awful turn raise with very little equity/blocker. River why would you bluff with that sizing?? with hearts bricking he's calling you with all Ax vs that sizing. Only size should be shove with your bluffs.
Plenty of scary combos within Tom’s range. Check turn and pot control isn’t necessarily bad. Ace on the river was just bad luck. I would have bet more on the flop though. Gotta make any draw pay a lot more to see turn. At least 2/3 pot bet.
@@WilliamAbel91She’s ahead of most combo draws, but what is Tom 3-bet calling that hits that board other than a set? Her small turn bet was what got Tom to call. Push on the turn is needed since all you are losing to is flopped sets.
@@michaelg4664 i agree, the check turn would have made more sense if Tom had called a much larger flop bet. Her small bet made it hard for herself on the turn. The mistake was actually the flop bet.
This is my exactly my luck when i play online, just missed the when i raise and the guy that bluffs all the time goes all and i call with AK and the bluffer wins with A6
QQ hand. On turn more than half the deck was bad for her, flush card, straight card, two overs, top card pairing etc and somehow with an spr of 1 to 1, she finds the check?
He stayed with her because previous pot with her she had A Q and him with A K. Probably thought she was doing the same thing. Yes, she certainty played them conservative and got punished.
Linglin is a very strong player I’m shocked by that turn check with QQ…it’s probably just because she’s a little gun shy due to her really ruining bad lately. Perfect example how it affects your normal strategy of play.
This session will def. get her paid in future sessions... LAG's have big swings but get PAID when they have the made hand. Too many NITS in the game nowadays, LAG is the winning strategy, despite the occasional bad sessions.
She’s one of the worst poker players I’ve ever seen, not only is she annoying when she talks but she constantly loses every hand. Why is she on this show? Who is she?
yeah that check on the turn not good... but when you going out of luck you start to play bad...i think she felt so unlucky and was scared to put more money in the pot
that was some bad playing with pocket qqs she should of went all in on the turn, i think she was tilted the hand before, she lost her cool and gave herself doubt and she check on the turn giving him a free card and then you know what comes after that all hell breaks lose cause you trying to get your money back and now you are a bag holder
How does she check on the turn when their is a straight draw. Pot is $28k and she has $28K. It gotta be all in and he will have to mock his AK. She is an amateur player in a game with pros. She is playing way over her head.
@@taylorwelton8053 there is always a possibility of anything. Given how it's a heads up match, if he already got a straight by calling such a big raise pre flop then he deserved to win the pot. It is because the possibility of a flush draw on the turn, it would be a big gamble for $28K to see the last card. Remember, she re-raise several thousands pre flop, thus 95% of the good player would realize she either has a high pair or mid term pair. Given the situation, he has limited equity to make that car.
