Yes it will make a sound, however, it's not the tree making the sound but the final bloodcurdling cries of Rose's enemies which will echo before fading into oblivion telling the final tale of another unfortunate fool who thought they stood a chance against Rose.

In her defence, in this fight the guy she is fighting is very strong so she is keeping him away from them and she is trusting on her knights to hold there own. This is a flash back to a rather traumatic experiance for her though and why she is so tough with her training.
