@@jacquelinelopez929 True see the thing is obviously not all homeless are dangerous or “bad” people but the past shows the chance of someone being bad news or dangerous unfortunately fits the stereotype and without a doubt he was a addict for sure and that stage this man is in is a desperate stage what’s unfortunate it’s hard to naturally trust someone that’s apart of lifestyle he’s in and it’s unfortunate to many people in that life fit the “bad” person stereotypes and and at such a location man… just makes it much more dangerous…I’m just tryna say I admire Collin respecting and showing humility to that dude since most dont but Colin also took a gamble having him just lead em around there that place was one of the biggest junkie palace in miles there was people on every floor they had there own “rooms” 👀 and just trying to film in that circumstance while having to be on your toes isn’t ideal..But Colin seemed to be on his regular vibes like any another investigation just in his element LOL so ya he is a savage. I mean the guy walks inside haunted ass places telling the spirits to posses him this might be like Disneyland to him 😅

On their own they most likely would have had more trouble from others. It’s always a gamble in situations where drug use is involved.

My uncle worked at that power plant. They are responsible for dismantling one that is no longer used. There could be some residual nuclear contamination especially asbestos. I worked in nuclear power and now have a lung disease caused by asbestos exposure.

I used to go explore this plant with a few off duty cops after we all got off shift a few years ago. Never experienced anything in there but definitely felt something in there. We couldn't determine if the random noises we heard were homeless people hiding from us knowing we were cops or if it was genuine paranormal activity.

I would really love for you guys to come to Oregon. Salem specifically because Portland gets all the spotlight. Our state hospital is a paranormal hotspot that needs to be investigated. Just driving by the place you can feel the negative energy just oozing out of the place. There are several places that have never been investigated by a group of your caliber. I love your guys dedication to finding the truth we all long for and I really respect the fact you guys do not over dramatize your experiences like other investigators do on television. The Market Street Power Plant was built in 1905. It was in operation until 1973 or 1974... then closed in 1985. My grandma's brother used to work there. Very spooky place!

Wow! Colin, you and your friends sure are gutsy! To climb so high under dangerous situations. I saw places where you climbed with no railings, holes in the floors, needles and trash on the floors, and even rusty metal in many places. Creepy! It was interesting. Then going through tall grasses and weeds, where spiders, snakes and other creatures live. I applaud your group. Thank you. You found out so much! Since I heard several names on the ovulous, could mean several deaths not only in the well, but around the area! This is one of your BEST video's yet, bc Louisiana and new Orleans in particular is obviusly known as one of the most haunted area's of the US, and i'd say in the top list of the world.. Unless there's an easier way to get to that well, I don't think anyone would take that hike while trying to manage carrying a body. Just my opinion tho;)

It was a coal fired steam power generation plant....the waters from the adjacent mississippi river was used to regulate the temperatures of the equipment. Built in 1905 and in 1922 solely provided power for the city. It closed in 1984 for numerous environmental violations and having asbestos throughout the 7 buildings that make up the property which hasn't been removed to this day......might want to start wearing respirators on your explores!!

I actually explored this spot just over a week ago and got to be the last person to shoot pictures of that location due to the plant getting bought and remodeled the day after I visited. Everybody that resided there was super helpful and friendly. They just wanted to show off all the cool spots and amazing art. The climb up was super sketch though

Honestly Colin the fact that you took the time to listen to Jimmy tell stories on the place was epic. Most people may have overlooked a person living rough there but not you and Courtney. And to know that you went back and took some food and water to Jimmy.... I mean that's beautiful. Jimmy gave a great tour and I absolutely do believe that there is a woman down the well but I guess we'll never know. I wonder if it's possible that when the place flooded that the body floated out? But the time line Jimmy gave versus the news you found out yourself didn't match. Although it is possible that it did happen and there was just some confusion about when. Another brilliant episode. Thank you for all you do 👏🏻
