During the winter/snow do you keep them out on pasture? Do they need some sort of shelter?

We keep them on pasture and they simply have a lean-to that is North wind protection. They get supplemental hey as needed.

I have a question that no one can answer, do wether sheep loose their aggression?

Don't know, we have had multiple rams that have never been aggressive towards us.
