Sheepshead Spring Rolls - CATCH, CLEAN & COOK 

I took my beautiful Fiancee to the Eastern Shore, where she had a relaxing day at the gorgeous Kiptopeke park beach while I spent all my afternoon fishing along the sides of the Historic Concrete Ships from WWII.
In this little trip, I caught a decent sized Sheepshead and decided to turn it into some delicious authentic Vietnamese Spring Rolls.
