I did anulom vilom pranayama and I noticed my body heat has increased very much.Dry lips and constipation and yellow urine. How to combat that. Should we do sheetali after doing normal pranayama everytime.
If Introvert people do this they become more introverted, introverted people can do pranayam paranyam which produce heat . Sheetali and sheetkai pranayam make cool inside and introverted people already calm
Sir, when we should do Nadi Shodhan and Anulom Vilom. Some websites say Anulom Vilom should be done before Nadi Shodhan. But, I'm practicing Nadi Shodhan first, then other pranayam , in the end Anulom Vilom.....is it correct order?

Both are different sheetali is the beginning pranamaya. Which physically cooling the body but another is not about only cooling but maintaining the heat also
