I remember Shenandoah. I remember I saw this video on CMT when I was upstairs in my room at Mom and Dad's and this song changes key. I miss hearing Shenandoah. The song was in 95. What Happened 2 Shenandoah? Marty Raven is the lead singer.

The 3rd single from their 1994 album "In the Vicinity of the Heart", which I believe was their last album to make the charts. As with other songs on that album, even though the group is credited with playing their instruments, the only band member to play on the instrumental track was bassist Ralph Ezell, with the rest of the group recording only the vocal track. All other instruments were played by studio musicians, who for this song, included Mark Casstevens (acoustic guitar and ukulele), Dennis Burnside (piano and organ), Brent Mason (electric guitar), Lonnie Wilson (drums), and Rob Hajacos (fiddle). By the time the video for this was filmed, keyboardist Stan Thorn had left the group, and so that's why we don't see him in this video. I remember back in late-2007, when bassist Ralph Ezell died of a sudden heart attack and what a loss that was.
