Incredible drive and a very well deserved win. It's not often you can hear the drivers celebrations over the noise inside the cabin, but I have a feeling he was rather pleased with that effort and result!
My adrenaline is maxxed...good race and a well-sorted car. Would love to see a walk-around of the car, so we know what a real racecar looks like. The fact that you held off all those Cortinas says it all. Thanks for posting!
Now that was killer...My Dad raced a 1963 Ford Anglia 1.8 with a supercharger back in the 70's, hill climbing all over the UK but mainly at Harewood hill climbs...lots of great times... loved your racing skills...The super charger that the Anglia had came out of a early city bus!!
There are drivers and screwdrivers bloody hell what a driver, brilliant usually I lose interest after a few laps great close racing edge of the seat stuff. I recon I was happier than you crossing the finish line!!!
I feel there is just a bit too much understeer to fight and, then that causes the car to break traction on the corner exit. It just needs an adjustment on the rear bar to stiffen it a Tad..So Much FUN..
Without a doubt the 105E driver has the superior driving skills. Having the fastest car means nothing if you can't handle it to it's full potential. He wrung the neck of that 105E.
Very much agree! It was a last minute entry and so sent it in as was! The tyres were a bit worse for wear too! But held out just about long enough. Good fun!
