Yes it's definitely the best time of the year for us! We love seeing sunsets on the ride home, a great way to end another successful day 😀Hope you're having a great weekend, ride safe.
I'm so clumsy paddle boarding would be more like swimming for me 😁. Good choice on the 705's. All things considered they are the best ADV tire IMHO. More traction is just a little lower air pressure adjustment away.
Hi, the V-Strom is way more comfortable on the road with light off road capability. They are just such different bikes. For the DR650 dual sport riding mix, the Shinko E-804-805 were great and would buy again. For the majority of road we do vs off road with the V-Stroms we'll be going with a road tire once the Shinko 705 are done (the bike is plenty capable off road for what we want to do and Shinko are a bit louder on the road than road tire and not worth the trade off to us). They were quite a bit cheaper so we're curious to see how long they are actually going to last. Summer had no problem following me with her street tires off road, no noticeable difference during our ride regarding tires. In our own personal experiences, tires are never the main focus for us as rider ability is the biggest factor no matter what you're riding. For the price, the Trailmaster 705 are a great affordable option but do limit your off road capabilities slightly.
