Room Mastery: On activation, the Room that the specific Idol is in will go up 1 Level if trained with and Trouble does not occur. Perfect Mastery: On activation, the Room that the specific idol is in will have a Perfect occur, if trained with and Trouble does not occur. Excellent Boost: Increases the effect of Excellent stat growth bonuses for the specific Idol.
By taking your knowhow from other gamemodes into STEP, completing a run will produce new knowhow books that will have a combination of the knowhow learned. So at first, your STEP knowhow books will have 2-3 useful abilities, and you begin to combine that book with other knowhow books gathered up, until you eventually see books with more and more abilities stack up. Hopefully that makes sense!
When you select your support cards from the Idol menu, the 2nd tab shows all the available Abilities and their Support Appeal. The 1st tab is all their passives that are unlocked. I also recommend checking the wiki to see translated details for cards you may have!
