This video is very helpful for me. I’m new shipt shopper and really nervous and your video was very calming and easy to understand. A lot of videos that I’ve seen, even Instacart videos sometimes they’re too fast or they go through their screens really quickly it’s hard to follow but you did an amazing job and I feel a little more at ease.

Thank you for sharing a step by step video of the process. It was very helpful. I do have a question, are there any times that I will get a receipt for orders? If so do you just take a picture of it and send? Or is there certain info you don’t show from the receipt?
