Yes!!! Mine did too. I just bought her movie , Ask Any Girl from an obscure PayPal site.. it's great. I'm so glad this is here... Her attention to details like colors and sounds make it so much easier to focus long enough on each energy center. This really is the best video for meditation for anyone.

I began with Trancendental Meditation but never went back after having read her book Going Within where I received the cassettes at the same time. Wonderful!
Shirley MacLaine has blocked part of the video. She also doesn't sell it, although her people claim that she does. You'll need to find the VHS on Amazon and transfer to DVD.
How can I get the second part? I used to meditate to this exact meditation when it first came out on VHS...and I've been searching ever since. For years I found peace with this, and not having the whole thing is a little frustrating (not the peace I'm looking for)...I really want the whole thing, to be able to bring myself back to that place of zen. Can you please tell me how I can make not "private"?
Check your local public library. Interlibrary loan is probably still free. You can probably even borrow equipment to dub it. Be aware that there are two audio cassette programs of hers titled Going within. One is just her talking about things and the other has the meditation you seek.
you do not need to sit in this position (the lotus position) to mediyate. Sitting in a chair is fine. As long as your posture is correct all your chakras will be just as aligned as they would in the lotus position.
I agree.. when I had a long commute riding to work, I'd meditate with a friend, and my life became filled with harmonious coincidences. One day as we approached the employee entrance early a. m. all the nearby landscaping light bulbs popped one after another as we entered the building... great energy I guess.

Same here as it was my first too and I still think its head and shoulders. Does anyone know where I can find a good copy as I wore out my VHS copy years ago.
