@@Tusharx_Fitness Ha bhai samajta hun, maine yeh problem hone ke baad minoxidil use kia 2 times a day for 6 months but now m on withdrawal process but acc to me minoxidil should be our last option or at last stage. Never use until you feel like you are left with no other option.

Kyuki minoxidil se temporary hi result milta hai even meri diet bhi achi hai as suggested by abhijeet sir.. I am taking care of insulin resistance and having green tea daily. I am taking good amount of protein, multivitamins, biotin supplement of Hk vitals, using Sesa hair oil and doing yoga poses for hair growth as well. But still I have seen only 10-15 percent result and problem is I am gaining new hair but I am not having that density in my hair that i used to have before covid. And all this happens to me after covid and thats y asking abhijit sir to find out that is there any relation of telogen effluvium with covid. Please research on this and make a video about this topic and about my density concern.

I would recommend that you do suryanamaskar before running because it will warm up the body, allowing free movement of the hip, legs and arms and it involves a slightly slower & deeper breathing pattern as compared to running... running involves a faster breathing pattern which might impact the way you perform the suryanamaskar. Regardless, you can do it before or after if you give sufficient gap of almost 15-20mins and have good breath control...
