The hosts offer practical tips on how to choose the right vehicle and properly set up its suspension to perform with the added weight of camping gear, water, and other supplies without sacrificing ride quality.
They debate the pros and cons of indulging in the abundance of accessories available on the market and answer the question, "How much is too much when it comes to outfitting your vehicle for the ultimate overlanding experience?"
They discuss the convergence of "wheeling" vehicles and "go-fast" vehicles and how things have evolved in order to meet customer demands.
Whether you're a seasoned overlander or a newbie eager to start exploring, this episode provides practical advice and expert knowledge to ensure your next adventure is a resounding success.

It’s called Prelanding. LS V8 based Chevy Suburban’s or Tahoe’s with long travel suspensions and smartly built out interiors. Have you ever watched the Suboverland channel? How about Chevy Militia’s Tahoe’s And Escalade’s driving the Rubicon Trail. No roof top tents and LS swaps necessary. ❤

Very interesting perspective from the guys that make the car parts ! Great video. As a younger dude growing up in the scene this was some what eye opening and informative.

If I am not mistaken, the term Overland goes back to the horse & buggy era. Before grayhound busses & airplanes, people would travel in a horse drawn carriage (of many types) long distances, many times overnight to get to their destination. Think back to the all those western movies and/or cartoons where a stage coach gets robbed at gunpoint. Those stage coaches were traveling/overlanding multiple days to deliver their customers and goods to their destination. Also of note, there's a really old suburb of Kansas City, called Overland Park. I suspect it got its name by being a popular stop on an old overland route.
