Sorry @Nurse lecture room, but 1 teaspoonful of clove containing 2% of daily potassium requirement is really nothing compared to 1 banana, or half an avocado. The same applies to fibre content. Moreover it is almost impossible to take 1 teaspoonful of clove in one sitting due to its very strong and pungent taste. So there was no need of you stressing the fibre, potassium content. This could actually be misleading.
