A very informative and motivational Video Rob. You are so right in some people not wanting to leave their safe space. Taking that first step outside is going to be the most challenging but who knows whats waiting the otherside of that door, hopefully help and understanding for a new way of life, a walk, run or even a swim and not that feeling you are on your own..
