I dated a girl who was 5'11" and I oversold myself as 5'10" (I only recently learned I'm actually under 5'9"). I put post-it pads in my shoes. As painful as it was, it worked, but I'd rather have used these. Just remember: height doesn't matter when you're flat on your back.
I have taken this method *4GrowTaller. Com* so far for 1/2 inch height gain. I was not anticipating it to work but it did. I do know this product will always have combined reviews but you should remember this isn`t a short-term product..
As a reminder to people, you have "morning height"also to consider. Morning height is when you wake up from rest.the spinal cord expands upto one inch because the fluids in the disc's expands.during the day,the disc's compress losing that one inch. So actually your height varies
The more conscious you are about your height, the more insecure you become and the less likely you are to stand up straight (ironically making you look shorter). Stand up straight, wear shoes that aren’t flat (you need all of the height you can get). Wear clothes that fit you well, and consider lifts as the last resort, and only use the smallest lift, like half an inch or an inch, any taller will just make your feet hurt and consequently make you not stand up straight (which defeats the purpose of lifts).
Thanks for taking time to do a review. Seems like there are a lot of high end options and a lot of low end options for inserts. The low end options on Amazon when I run them through a website that checks for fake reviews flags almost all the products on Amazon as not having authentic reviews. I was looking for some lifts for an upcoming wedding where the bride is going to have 3" heels and doesn't want to be taller. You did a great job talking about the negatives. It was also nice to see the comfort of these lifts as many are hard plastic that if you would wear them for more than an hour or two would be very painful. You should do a follow up review if you start wearing them daily.
Brent Hartley will do!! To be honest I can not wear these after the review! They are uncomfortable and put a lot of pressure on the top of the foot. Do not purchase these. Thanks for commenting.
My roommate is vertically challenged. He wears lifts. I'm 6'. He's now at my height when I've got no shoes on. I tried his lifts in my cowboy boots with a Cuban heel. I ended up at about 6'4" between the boot and lifts. Went and got myself some. No shame, and no regrets. It's great.
@@appelscha23 The insert felt a bit odd at first. I walked around that day and eventually just got used to them. It made the boot a little tighter. I stretched them with shoe trees. Now they're perfect.
They suck to be honest! checkout my latest video on height increase "Best Height Increasing Sneakers". Thats the name of my latest video on height increasing shoes
I'm 5'11 and use to wear lifts but started having back problems I don't recommend it if your 5'8 and up because it curve ur spine as my doctor's had said.
I'm 6'2" 2/5ths (without shoes) so with shoes I was within 6'3" but wore 3/4" lifts in highscool football to look bigger at about 6'4" and I still played as good if not better due to my confidence. but damn I was always paranoid about being found out by my teammates so I would always walk around with the shoe lifts inside my socks (tapped around my foot...). Going over an inch or even an inch is risky as you have explained.
@Amin Rahman lol what? you have any experience playing sports or exercising with shoe lifts? The bad thing is people will start thinking your 3/4ths- 1 inch taller outside of sports/working out... So, some flaws lol
Lol I used to insert shocks in my school shoes, but I wouldn't play sports with them, it always felt weird because the lifts from the shocks always made me look abit down to my friends all were around 6ft and then when I wore like spikes or cleats or sandals, I looked them straight in the eyes. Lol but the akward walking and foot pain, wasn't worth it, actually ridiculous thinking back to those days.
Your fine man, not your fault. Society demands that you atleast have to be 5’9. Honestly it doesn’t matter, if your smart, you’ll be respected for that.
Hey Wisebro! I got a quick question. I was thinking of getting those elevation soles. I got a size 8 1/2 lightmotion adidas. Would you recommend the 1 or 2 inch option for me?
I'm short at 7'1, my two best friends Shaq and Yao Ming always make fun of me. I was looking into buying elevator shoes so I could finally be as tall as them.
I wear these McQueen shoes and that adds atleast an inch just from the shoe. I get a lot of people looking at my feet. It is a little annoying but people probably pass judgement lol. I’m only 5’7 and would love to be 6’. I bought some lift insoles that come in three levels. They aren’t very comfortable though for long use.
I made homemade ones with that blue camping foam. Each are a half inch thick so I do two layers. I’m 5’9” and these with the 1.5” heels of my shoes make me about 5’11.5” i tried 4 layers and that got me up to about 6’0.5”
Basically the dressed shoes aren’t designed for adding height insoles. It’s better to just buy an elevator shoes because it’s strategically designed to overcome the issue you just had.
This was definitely informative! Would it be a good idea to go to the shoe store with you lifts to find which size is best when wearing them? Also, I’d love to see a video on how to find the right fit suit.
What the fuck? The standard 0.75 squat heel is more than good enough for anyone squatting unless you are disturbingly immobile. Just buy squat shoes, you don’t need to 2 inch heels to squat high bar ATG. I have never met anyone who can’t squat 100% ass to grass with squat shoes.
Arminius yep keep telling yourself that mate. Penis size only matters in attracting women when you have it out in front of them. However the majority of the time you don’t so they look for other indicators of attractiveness/genetic quality such as height. This is why height is far more important than penis size; and why at only 5’10 your options with high value women are limited unlike me at 6’1.
Great 👍🏻 video. Subscribing. I’m 5’10” and I’d like to be taller, And have been considering a product called “elevator shoe inserts” that looks exactly like this product. They don’t mention anything about having to re-purchase a new shoe collection in order to use their product, they just suggest using say cowboy boots
I'm not exactly short at 5'10, but at college most of my classmates are taller than I am which had me notice my height and actually consider buying lifts... I guess generally "tallness" does start with 6 ft.
Would recommend wearing some Chelsea boots or something in a size above if you use these insoles. If not your heels will be just falling out of normal dress shoes. Alternative is to pay a bit more for your next pair of shoes and buy ones with room built into them for the insoles
I’ve been wearing lifts like these for nearly 10 years (not in my shoes or sneakers, but in boots). I think only once in all those years did someone notice I was a bit taller (and probably because he was exactly the same height as me normally). I’m 5’8 so a 2 inch boost (1 inch heel plus one inch lifts) taking me to 5’10 is great. Most of my friends are around 6 feet so they don’t notice, but it makes a difference to me.
@@Jose-dh1xz I'm 6'1.5 and I put a bunch of socks in boots to put myself at 6'5. It's pretty surreal honestly I felt at least 6'11" lol. It's fun to play around with once in a while but I wouldn't walk around like that all the time. It's too fake and you're gonna look dumb when the boots come off. Maybe run to the grocery store once in a while for the hell of it. At my regular height I feel big and rarely run into people taller, but at a cheated 6'5 I feel like a giant.
The ideal height range is 6'4" to 6'6" for guys/men, regarding attractiveness, masculinity, dominance and confidence. 6'7"+ is too tall _(aka giraffe tall)_ *unless* you are not skinny and fully ripped/jacked. So if you are indeed having big muscles, go on. Otherwise, at 6'8" you are going to look unnatural, akward, creepy.
You need to use these with smart boots, as the heel will be higher. Also a half or full size higher will be more comfortable. And stay away from skinny jeans, they will highlight the lifts. Plus, anyone saying anything below 5-9 isn't short, u need 2b out in public when taller guys get more respect in the office , looks from girls, etc...
Same lol. Except I mold the paper to fit the shoe but I don’t put any fabric(though that’s a great idea). I do get 2 inches of height out of it so it’s worth it for me.
Watched the video, just one question, wouldn’t buying larger size shoes be too big? Your feet only extend out it’s natural size. I know that the heel part will be elevated from the insert, but if you buy bigger shoes then your toes will end up at the end of the laces instead of the front of the shoe, unless I’m missing something.
These heels are not designed for dress shoes. So buying a bigger dress show will not matter in this case. This heel lift only works well in basketball shoes and Chuck Taylors. If you buy low top shoes your heel will pop out of the shoe due to the material in the back of the shoe not being tall enough...Thanks for stopping by!!
Thanks for your reply. My question is still unanswered. I’m saying if you buy a larger shoe, your foot size from heel to toe does not grow longer. When you buy a bigger size shoe, the heel to toe also is bigger, so even if your heel is raised, you face the issue of now not being able to fit heel to toe in the shoe. Does this make sense?
I’m going to get those two in Hartford is Marie I went to the doctors Friday and then tell me that I can get messy set up and we see you don’t know where you live but I know you there
Not a good video but the guy makes it entertaining. No data in the description, no measuring with insoles lifts in shoes, didn't put 2 inch in sneakers.
@@officialconch me neither. However you must stand your ground and not show any type of bitterness showing that you not care. Eventually she wont care either
@@miguelcardenas6825 Thats easy to say but emotions are natural and I can’t hide if that bothers me/when that bothers me. People who do that are abusers and they deserve the worst

For whatever it's worth, Tom Cruise is 5'7" tall and he's an internationally famous movie star. You're taller than Tom Cruise :-) You don't need lifts. If you want to add 3 inches, buy a pair of western boots with 3-inch heels. Problem solved!
Great video and I am the same height as well, lucky for me my girl is 5 feet tall but I still want to tower over her… so go an extra 1/2 shoe size with every inch of insole…. Damn I have an 11 size feet guess I’m wearing size 12 1/2 shoes 😂
Bro, loosen the laces... with that thing in your shoe you're obviously going to need more headroom so you wouldn't leave the laces as tight as they were originally.
@@TheWiseBro depends I’m 5’9 1/2 sometimes I often run into 5’2 dudes and 4’8 women and I feel huge lady’s look but sometimes I often run into 6’7 dudes And 6’3 women in Casinos then I wish I had my lifts
A guy at my job came in one day and was about an inch and a half taller than he was the day before and I noticed instantly. Our brains are very good at picking up on that kind of thing so if you think no one will notice you are kidding yourself.
Carry SnowDrift They only actually give you 1.9 inches. So I bought a tall boot with a 1 1/2 inch heel and now I stand 3.33 inches taller. I went from 5ft6.0 to 5ft9.33 and I cant wait to see where my success lies with women now. Previous, I got over 40 rejections in a row at my former height
Carry SnowDrift The height difference is definitely noticeable. Your family will know that you’re taller but that cute girl at the mall, who you are going to talk to for the first time, will assume you’re just naturally tall. Its not noticeable to people who don’t know you. My twin brother uses them to bang tall hotties.
I’ve never been a person that was in to “brand names”, because it seems superficial and pointless. Every time I hear him mention a name of a shoe I cringe. I’ve always just worn shoes. Are they comfortable, affordable, and and I like the way they look? Then who gives a shit? But thanks for the review
