Thank you for taking the time and energy to produce these videos . I have spent part of today binge watching them. They have been great . I look forward to seeing more .
Joe, thank you for watching. It's comments like the ones I am getting today that inspires me to keep doing more of these. Glad you liked them. I will be uploading every one to two weeks depending on my travels. Thanks again!
Stunning images! Your video came up on my own channel and I’m glad it did. I don’t think I can pick a favourite of your images! Lovely videography too. I’ve subscribed. Looking forward to seeing more.
Thank you Rachel! I will have more coming soon that I have already filmed, but I have been slowed down on the editing since my computer has given out. I am waiting on my new computer to get my edits done. I will take a look at your channel as well. Thanks again for the nice comment.
Really like the image at 11:02 - I think its a really effective winter scene. Well done. I like the concept of the challenge in this video too as I too tend to gravitate to bigger / wider shots. I'm new to photography vlogging myself and have just put together my first ever videos on my channel. If you get a spare moment i'd appreciate your thoughts :-) Keep up the good work
James, thank you very much. This video definitely challenged my way thinking as a photographer. I really enjoyed the exercise though. It really makes you look a little deeper at your surroundings. I will check out your channel for sure. Thanks for taking the time to watch mine.
Thanks for sharing, i will wait the upcoming videos, by the way i think its interesting the part when you said that the pictures dont make to portafolio, that will be interesting to hear, i mean what do you look for on a picture to put on your portafolio?
Felipe Burbano I typically look for an image that I consider to be one of my better images that I take. Usually I ask myself “would I print this image in a large format?” If the answer is yes it goes into a folder of my keeper images. From those images I will continue to select only my top 5 to 10 images for the year. Those will be my portfolio images. The other like the ones I shot in this video will go on Facebook or Instagram or Vero for sharing but will never make it past that point. Hope that makes sense.
