Shooting in the DARK | Smoking a leg of lamb on the Traeger  

Cooking a leg of lamb, low and slow at 225f for about 4-5 hours on the Traeger, using hickory pellets and a wrap containing onions, rosemary, lamb stock and the spritz, which was 50/50 apple cider vinegar and apple juice. Came out amazingly.
